Directions
Heat the Chili
Warm Tad’s Dad’s Chili in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm the Tortillas
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.Warm each tortilla for 10–15 seconds per side until soft and slightly charred.
Assemble the Tacos
Spoon a few tablespoons of chili onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, vegan cheese, and onions (if using).Add sliced avocado and a squeeze of lime juice for extra freshness.
