As described, a great "starter", but also very good on it's own. I have so much coming out of my garden, we are always looking for new ways to use my bounty. Onions,garlic,bell and jalapeño peppers, topped with cilantro and green onions......delicious, and so easy.
Another bonus--likely the healthiest, and most nutritious thing I ate today.. Sliced Fuji apples and avocado as sides.
Very satisfying.
